Rates

Rates are per person per night and all prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

The Zoofari Lodge experience includes:

• Two day admission to Taronga Western Plains Zoo;
• One night accommodation at Zoofari Lodge;
• Exclusive behind the scenes tours with a Zoofari Guide;
• Three course a-la-carte dinner (children under 15 years receive a two course meal from the children’s menu);
• Full buffet breakfast;
• Standard bicycle hire for two days;
• 10% discount at the Zoo’s Souvenir Shop;
• 10% discount voucher at Bakhita’s Café;
• 10% discount on Animal Encounters.

 

Savannah Lodges consist of a double bed and two single beds, while the Serengeti Lodges have a queen bed, two single beds and a sofa bed, they are also slightly larger in size.

The Zoofari Lodge tariff assists in supporting Taronga Western Plains Zoo’s work in education, conservation and preservation of our wildlife and environment.

Cancellation and Payment Policy

Zoofari Lodge is committed to offering exceptional standards in accommodation, food and beverage, and service delivery.

Should your reservation be placed six or more months in advance of your proposed arrival date a part deposit of $100.00 per adult will be required with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to your arrival date.

We accept payment via credit card, electronic funds transfer, money order and bank or company cheques.  No personal cheques will be accepted.

In the event of cancellation the following fees will apply:

• Outside 30 days prior to arrival – full refund
• 30 days – 15 days prior to arrival – penalty of $100.00 per adult per night
• Within 14 days prior to arrival – all cancellations will result in a full cancellation penalty.  Should you amend your reservation to reflect an alternative date; an amendment fee of $100.00 per adult will be applied.
